Creating a Parenting Plan

A Parenting Plan is a document created to govern the relationship between the parents and the child. A Parenting Plan is an extremely important document as it should cover any and all issues that may potentially arise concerning your child. In determining a Parenting Plan, the Court must consider the best interests of the child above all else. Beaches Family Law, P.A. strives to assist you and the other parent with creatively crafting a Parenting Plan that is unique to your family and anticipates potential co-parenting issues to avoid future conflict.
