If a settlement is not feasible, we are also prepared to zealously advocate for our clients in court utilizing our extensive family law experience.

Meet Andrea Lehner Esq.

Andrea Lehner focuses exclusively on family law, including divorce, alimony, modifications, timesharing and child custody, child support, relocation, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Beaches Family Law, P.A. serves the Beaches communities in Jacksonville, Florida, and primarily handles cases in Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, and Clay Counties. Upon inquiry, Andrea also practices in other counties throughout Florida.

Andrea received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University at Buffalo and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated with the honor of Cum Laude. Andrea began her legal career working for a boutique family law firm in South Florida. Upon relocating to Jacksonville, Andrea worked for a local family law firm before deciding to open Beaches Family Law, P.A. As of 2022, Super Lawyers selected Andrea for their 2022 Florida Rising Stars List.

In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, exploring Jacksonville’s beautiful beaches and cheering on the Miami Hurricanes.
